SMARO型自动络筒机槽筒部件自动装配线设计

摘要：为了提高SMARO型自动络筒机槽筒部件的装配质量和稳定性，详细介绍槽筒电机部件自动装配及总装和调试、自动装配线的设计及装配过程。指出：自动装配线利用机器人和自动化装配设备相结合的方法替代传统的装配、检测方法，能保证产品的装配质量和稳定性，提高生产效率，降低生产成本，改善劳动条件。

Abstract:In order to improve the assembling quality and the operation stability of the grooved roller parts on the automatic winder SMARO,introduction is given to the segment assembly and the all-in-one assembly and the commissioning of the motor parts of the grooved roller as well as the design of the assembly line and the assembling process.It is pointed out that the automatic assembly line replacing the conventional assembling and detecting method with the integration of the robot and the robotized assembly equipment is of product assembly quality and operation stability guarantee with less cost and high efficiency compared with the traditional detection method.
