提高自动络筒机产量的探讨

摘要：为了提高自动络筒机的产量，通过合理设置自动络筒机线性滑移系数、VSS变速曲线、电清参数，弥补了筒子卷装重量损失，减少了管纱脱圈,提高了生产效率并满足质量要求。指出：自动络筒机产量涉及到人、机、料、艺、环等诸多因素，实际生产中应根据品种、原料的不同,对其进行合理设置，并加强设备维护保养，科学管理，充分发挥人员和设备效率，提高成纱质量和产量。

  Abstract:In order to increase the production capacity of the auto-winder,through proper configuration of the auto-winder including the linear slip specifications,VSS curve,and the clearing data,the weight loss of the cop package is offset,consequently with less cop slip and higher production in conformity with the quality requirement.It is necessary to make clear that the production of the auto-winder is closely related with the operator,the frame,the material,the process and the environment.In the real production,proper configuration of the specifications is needed according to the varieties,materials with necessary equipment maintenance and the advanced management plus the full use of the potentiality of the operators and the equipments for higher quality and production of the yarn.
