集聚纺与集聚赛络纺经济效益分析

摘要:为了充分发挥集聚纺、集聚赛络纺纺纱优势,介绍集聚纺、赛络纺纺纱原理与成纱特点;以新疆机采棉纺CJ 9.7 tex纱为例,阐述其工艺流程,对比在同等条件下采用环锭纺、集聚纺、集聚赛络纺3种纺纱方式的成纱质量,并从投资成本、运行成本和万锭投资回收周期方面进行详细分析。指出:集聚赛络纺是集聚纺和赛络纺相结合的纺纱方式,与环锭纺相比,集聚纺、集聚赛络纺成纱毛羽少、强力高,且集聚赛络纺纱兼具赛络纺合股的效果;集聚纺、集聚赛络纺万锭投资回收周期均约为3 a,其成纱能满足喷气织机高速织造对原纱的高质量要求。

Analysis of Economic Benefits of Compact Spinning and Compact-siro Spinning

Abstract:In order to give full play to the advantages of compact spinning and compact-siro spinning,the principles and characteristics of compact spinning and compact-siro spinning are introduced.Taking Xinjiang machine-picked cotton spinning CJ 9.7 tex yarn as an example,the process flow is described,the yarn quality of ring spinning,compact spinning and compact-siro spinning under the same conditions is compared,and the investment cost,running cost and payback cycle of 10 000 spindles are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that compact-siro spinning is a combination of compact spinning and siro spinning.Compared with ring spinning,compact spinning and compact-siro spinning have less hairiness and higher strength,and compact-siro spinning has the effect of twisted yarn of siro spinning.The payback cycle of 10 000 spindles of compact spinning and compact-siro spinning is about three years,and its yarn can meet the high quality requirements of raw yarn for high-speed weaving on air-jet loom.
