集聚纺与集聚赛络纺经济效益分析

Abstract:In order to give full play to the advantages of compact spinning and compact-siro spinning，the principles and characteristics of compact spinning and compact-siro spinning are introduced.Taking Xinjiang machine-picked cotton spinning CJ 9.7 tex yarn as an example，the process flow is described，the yarn quality of ring spinning，compact spinning and compact-siro spinning under the same conditions is compared，and the investment cost，running cost and payback cycle of 10 000 spindles are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that compact-siro spinning is a combination of compact spinning and siro spinning.Compared with ring spinning，compact spinning and compact-siro spinning have less hairiness and higher strength，and compact-siro spinning has the effect of twisted yarn of siro spinning.The payback cycle of 10 000 spindles of compact spinning and compact-siro spinning is about three years，and its yarn can meet the high quality requirements of raw yarn for high-speed weaving on air-jet loom.
