摘要:为简化道夫转移率的计算,从条干不匀率曲线图获取方法、纤维转移过程、道夫转移率r值推导过程和道夫转移率r值计算方法4方面,分析利用条干仪简便测算道夫转移率的可行性,建立计算道夫转移率r值的数据模型;通过应用案例测算道夫转移率,提出利用条干仪检测道夫转移率相关注意事项;探讨用条干不匀率曲线解读道夫转移率及其对梳理质量的影响。指出:不匀率曲线图变细曲线的斜率反映了道夫转移率的大小,变细曲线斜率越大,道夫转移率越大,反之越小;利用条干仪检测道夫转移率的方法简单、便捷,可帮助纺织企业技术人员快速掌握梳棉机运行状态和工艺配置的合理性,是纺织企业技术人员进行产品质量监控、管理的有效辅助手段。

Measurement and Analysis of the Doffer Transfer Rate by Using Evenness Tester

Abstract:In order to simplify the calculation of doffer transfer rate,the feasibility of simple calculation of doffer transfer rate by using the evenness tester is analyzed from four aspects of the method of obtaining the irregularity curve,the process of fiber transfer,the derivation process of doffer transfer rate r value,and the calculation method of doffer transfer rate r value.The data model of calculating doffer transfer rate r value is established,and the doffer transfer rate is calculated through application cases.The points for attention of doffer transfer rate detection by evenness tester and the influence of doffer transfer rate on carding quality are interpreted by the irregularity curve.It is pointed out that the slope of the fine curve of the irregularity curve reflects the size of the doffer transfer rate.The higher the slope of the fine curve,the greater the doffer transfer rate,and vice versa.The method of detecting doffer transfer rate by using the evenness tester is simple and convenient,which can help the technical personnel of textile enterprises to quickly grasp the rationality of the running state of the carding machine and the process configuration,and is also an effective auxiliary means for the technical personnel of textile enterprises to monitor and manage the product quality.
