梳棉机回转盖板运转方向与盖板选型研究

摘要：为确保梳棉机对纤维的有效梳理和高产，通过对梳棉机回转盖板正、反转时盖板花的生成机理与剥取机理研究，揭示剥取盖板花过程中清洁机件对盖板针布的影响、盖板针布针尖面的清洁效率、盖板针布工艺参数的设定要求与选型依据，可供棉纺企业在梳棉机和回转盖板针布选型时借鉴。

Abstract：To ensure the high effective carding of the fiber with high yield，analysis of the forming mechanism of the flat strips and the stripping of the strips on the rotating flats both in forward or reversal rotation reveals the effect on the flats from the cleaning device in stripping of the flats，the cleaning efficiency of the flat wire，setting of the flat card process and selection cautions，consequently as reference for cotton spinning enterprises in slection of card frame and rotating flats.
