摘要:为了满足市场对交替式段彩纱的需求,基于转杯纺双分梳纺纱技术,用黑色和白色粘胶在转杯纺纱机上纺制交替式段彩纱。通过分析成纱机理设置试验方案,通过图像采集纱线外观和试验数据对比,分析转杯直径、捻度、转杯转速和分梳辊转速对过渡段纱线长度和断裂强度的影响规律。结果表明:过渡段纱线外观颜色大致呈由黑到白逐渐过渡的渐变色;过渡段纱线长度主要集中在转杯周长的1~2倍,且转杯直径越大,过渡段长度越长;过渡段纱线断裂强度小于纯纺段纱线强度,是纱线强度最弱的位置;过渡段纱线断裂强度随着捻度、转杯转速和分梳辊转速的增加,呈先增大后减小趋势。

Spinning Mechanism and Performance Research of Rotor Spinning
Alternate Segment Colored Yarn

Abstract:In order to meet the market demand for alternate segment colored yarn,the alternate segment colored yarn is spun on the rotor spinning machine with black and white viscose based on the rotor spinning double carding spinning technology.The test plan is set by analyzing the spinning mechanism,and the influence of the rotor diameter,twist,rotor speed and carding roller speed on the yarn length and breaking strength of the transition section is analyzed by acquiring image of yarn appearance and comparing test data.The results show that the yarn appearance color in the transition section is roughly a gradual transition from black to white;the yarn length of the transition section is mainly concentrated in one to two times of the circumference of the rotor,and the larger the rotor diameter,the longer the transition section length;the breaking strength of the yarn in the transition section is less than that of the pure spinning section,which is the weakest position of the yarn;the breaking strength of the yarn in the transition section increases and then decreases with the increase of twist,rotor speed and carding roller speed.
