摘要:为了提高AGV车体运行的稳定性,基于杠杆原理减振机构和六轮独立减振机构,用Matlab软件设计制作AGV车体模型并进行振动研究。通过在不同路面激励下建立多自由度振动系统,计算、对比车体在不同弹性系数、不同阻尼系数以及不同减振机构中的振程变化,结果表明:在同等设定参数下,通过杠杆连接前轮和中间驱动轮的减振方式,比通过弹簧控制中间驱动轮的六轮独立减振机构运行更为平稳且驱动力矩随负载增加而增强;万向轮内部减振弹簧弹性系数的合理选择直接影响AGV车体的稳定性和平顺性,设计时应准确计算。

Research on Stability of Vibration Damping Mechanism for AGV Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the operation stability of AGV machine,the AGV machine model is designed and made with Matlab software and the vibration study is carried out based on the vibration damping mechanism of lever principle and six-wheel independent vibration damping mechanism.By establishing a vibration system with multiple freedom degree under different road surface excitation,the amplitude changes of the machine in different elastic coefficients,damping coefficients and vibration damping mechanisms are calculated and compared.The results show that under the same setting parameters,the vibration damping method of connecting the front wheel and the middle driving wheel by lever runs more smoothly than the six-wheel independent vibration damping mechanism controlling the middle driving wheel by spring,and the driving torque of the the former way increases with the increase of load.The reasonable selection of elasticity coefficient of the internal damping vibration spring in universal wheel directly affects the stability and smoothness of AGV machine,so it should be calculated accurately during design.
