涤/莫代尔混纺织物浆纱工艺探讨

1原料性能及组织规划
   
Abstract:To solve the problem such as unclear loom opening in polyester/modal blended yarn sizing，and lower loom efficiency result from difficult to control two kinds of raw material moisture regain differences，according to the characteristics of modal and polyester，the problems of sizing process and process configuration are analyzed，slurry formula is optimized according to the principle of high concentration and low viscosity，PVA1799 and modified PVA and sizing agents are chosen，and sizing process of“high concentration，low viscosity，high pressure”are implement.No twisted head，no leakage head，no oil collision，and no broken are ensured in sizing process.The process principle of“small tension，medium speed，small elongation and keeping elasticity”is adopted in warping process.It is pointed out that the key to sizing of yarn of polyester/modal blended fabric is to attach hairiness and increase wear resistance，and to give consideration to both infiltration and coating.After adopting this process，the yarn passage is smooth and uniform，the weability of sizing yarn is improved， and the integrated loom efficiency is increased from 85% to above 95%.
