竹涤混纺衬衣面料生产实践

摘要:为提高穿着舒适性,设计1种在一上一下平纹基础上错位分布菱形提花组织的面料,并以1个经向循环和纬向循环均是52根纱的组合花型织物织造为例,详述面料规格、经纬纱线质量指标以及整经、浆纱、穿综筘、织造各工序的技术路线。结果表明:用经、纬纱均为竹/涤 50/50 5.9 tex×2的集聚纺股线纱,织造经向密度为523.5根/(10 cm)、纬向密度为374根/(10 cm)、幅宽为165 cm的小提花竹涤混纺衬衣面料,档次高、克重小,外观造型美观,适合做夏季休闲衬衣面料,产品利润高,穿着舒适。

Abstract:In order to improve wearing comfort,a fabric with diamond jacquard structure dislocated on the basis of plain weave is designed,and taking the weaving of fabric with combination pattern that weaving cycle is 52 both in warp and weft as an example,the fabric specifications,warp and weft yarn quality index,and technical route of each process of warping,sizing,drafting,reeding and weaving are expounded in detail.The results show that the small jacquard bamboo-polyester blended shirt fabric with warp density of 523.5 per 10 cm,weft density of 374 per 10 cm,width of 165 cm and woven with compact plied yarn of bamboo/polyester 50/50 5.9 tex×2,has high grade,small weight and beautiful appearance,is suitable for summer casual shirt fabric,has high product profit,and is wear comfort.
