纺棉型混纺纱用胶辊的选型与维护

摘要：为了降低纺纱用胶辊成本，提高成纱质量，从四个方面阐述了纺棉粘、棉涤、棉莫代尔、涤粘等系列混纺纱，精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱工序胶辊的选型、硬度配置等使用情况，详细介绍了胶辊使用管理制度及在兼顾成纱质量的前提下如何控制胶辊使用成本；指出以胶辊的抗绕性、适纺性、一致性、耐磨性等方面进行慎重选型为前提，以精心制作和精细管理做保证，同时兼顾购置、使用、维护成本，才能稳定并提升纺纱质量，实现持久的经济效益。

  Abstract:In order to lower the production cost of the cot,description is made to the selection of the cots including yarns blended,combed,drawn,roved,or spun for cotton rayon,cotton polyester,cotton modal,polyester rayon,in addition to their rigidity configuration.Details introduction is made to the cot management regulation as well as the yarn quality guarantee under the control of the cost.It is pointed out that only through the careful cot selection under the consideration of entangling resistance,spinnability,conformity,and abrasion resistance,and more,delicate manufacturing and management plus perchasing,application and maintenance can the yarn quality be stabilized or even upgraded for abiding profit.
