梳棉机用固定盖板针布发展趋势探讨

Abstract:In order to improve carding quality of carding machine and make good use of stationary flat card clothing，the role of the stationary flat card clothing in carding process is introduced.According to the use experience，combined with the test data，the development trend of the stationary flat card clothing is discussed from seven aspects，and the advantages and disadvantages of the entire stationary flat card clothing carding machine are analyzed.It is pointed out that the stationary flat card clothing is developing in the direction of increasing the number of wires，increasing the tooth density，reducing the front angle,reducing the base width and making the tooth tips sharper；single stationary flat card clothing is developing to double stationary flat card clothing，which can ensure the strength and prevent deformation；the stationary flat card clothing with heel-toe difference can realize the gradual carding of fibers.With the development of research，the use of carding machine with entire stationary flat card clothing is worth looking forward to.
