绞边弹性环联轴器的选型与应用

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of air-jet loom，reduce the failure and improve the efficiency of the loom，the structure and performance of the elastic ring coupling are introduced，and some important parameters of the transmission of the elastic ring coupling are calculated.The main reasons for the damage of the elastic ring coupling are analyzed from the accuracy of the rubber installation and the quality flaw of the rubber body.It is pointed out that the scientific selection of coupling according to the use，working condition and specifications,accurate installation and regular maintenance can reduce the maintenance times of air-jet loom,improve the weaving efficiency and greatly reduce the cost of spare parts，maintenance and labor.
