衬衫袖头口袋打版的标准化研究

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of inconvenience in customization，storage，use and search due to repeating customization of templates for sleeves and pocket，and too many templates in the shirt pattern-making system，the similar shapes，arcs and sizes of shirt sleeves and pocket templates are researched，and integrated classification and unified standards are carried out to avoid repeated customization of templates；optimized methods for mold making for shirt sleeves and pocket templates are summarized.It is pointed out that five commonly used pocket arcs and nine commonly used sleeve arcs are identified through analysis and arrangement，which saves costs and improves production efficiency；the number of molds for sleeves and pocket customization is 10% of the previous，which ensures the timely，standardization，information and systemization of mold making in each factories.
