国产钢领钢丝圈技术创新水平提升的思考

Abstract:In order to reduce the gap between domestic rings and travellers and international high-end brand products as soon as possible，and improve the quality of domestic rings and travellers，its technological development is introduced.The definition and selection of the traveler linear speed are elaborated from four aspects of matching spindle speed and ring，adapting to high-speed spinning，correct expression of model，and reasonable choice of ring type；the user’s recognition and evaluation of high-end rings and travellers are analyzed in terms of the evaluation process，technical evaluation，production site dynamic test，and meeting special index requirements；the gaps in similar products at local and overseas are discussed in terms of cost-effective advantages，design concepts and response strategies，top technology，as well as the factors that may be overlooked in use of rings and travelers，such as matching of accessories，the physical properties of non-cotton fibers，the procedures of the new product on the machine，the quality of cleaners，and the impact of the service life on the quality of the subsequent process.It is pointed out that textile accessories manufacturing companies should find key technological breakthroughs，and make innovations in product design and manufacturing process by sinking to user companies to listen to requirements，track on-site experiments，integrate big data for docking varieties，and prepare core technology reserves.Through targeted systematic research，product breakthroughs in individual differences，stability and service life should be achieved，and the ring and traveler is refined and serialized according to the actual use to meet the special requirements of differential fiber spinning and high-speed spinning.
