棉精梳机常见使用问题的解决方法

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of combed sliver，the problems in use the cotton comber SFA1268A are analyzed that bad condition，broken selvedge or cloudy of cotton fleece affect the normal operation of the machine and the quality of combed sliver，and the accumulation of short fiber in the drafting area is not cleaned in time and brings the combed sliver to form harmful defects；the causes and solutions are discussed that the measured waste percentage is inconsistent with the actual waste percentage.Practice shows that combing waste percentage and combing index can be controlled precisely by ensuring good condition of cotton fleece，suitable temperature and humidity，cleaning cots， unobstructed suction passage of cotton fleece and making new combing frame.
