摘要:为了提高轴承装配精度和工作精度、延长轴承使用寿命,介绍轴承的分类、配合及安装方式,分析压装和热装两种轴承装配方法的优缺点及适用范围,探讨轴承感应加热装配原理及工频加热器的特点;通过公式计算和数据对比分析,确定轴承热装所需温度为50 ℃~130 ℃,轴承加热到70 ℃~90 ℃是最佳温度,并提出工频加热装配时的操作要点及注意事项。指出:适宜的装配方法和安装技巧能提高轴承装配精度和工作精度,延长其使用寿命;热装法装配轴承时宜采用工频加热器,控制加热温度是关键;为防润滑脂流出或防尘圈损坏,带防尘盖和密封圈的轴承一般不用热装法装配。

Discussion on Heating Temperature of Hot Assembly and the Power Frequency Heating Method of Bearing

Abstract:In order to improve assembly and working accuracy of bearing,and extend bearing service life,the classification,matching and installation methods of bearing are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages and their applicable scope of two bearing assembly methods of pressure assembly and hot assembly are analyzed.The bearing induction heating assembly principle and the characteristics of power frequency heater are discussed.Through formula calculation and data comparative analysis,it is determined that the temperature for bearing hot assembly is 50 ℃~130 ℃,and the best temperature is 70 ℃~90 ℃,and the operating points and matters needing attention during power frequency heating assembly are proposed.It is pointed out that the suitable assembly method and installation skill can improve the assembly and working precision of bearing,and prolong its service life.It is necessary to use power frequency heater for bearing assembly in hot assembly method,and controlling heating temperature is key.In order to prevent lubricating grease from flowing out or dust ring damage,bearings with dust cover and sealing ring generally do not need to be assembled by hot assembly method.
