数控车床加工高精度盘套类零件工艺实践

摘要:为了保证盘套类零件的加工精度,分析盘套类零件加工的要求,通过举例阐述该类零件加工的工艺原则与流程、刀具与夹具选择、切削参数选择及程序编制等。指出:采用分工序粗精加工、三爪自定心卡盘装夹、瑞典SECO公司粗精车外圆车刀和镗孔刀、日本Mazak 200-500U型数控车床、Mazatrol 640型数控系统加工盘套类零件,精度高、稳定性好,生产效率大幅提升,可满足经济化、批量化的生产需求。

Practice of Machining High Precision Disk-sleeve Parts in CNC Lathe

Abstract:In order to ensure the machining precision of the disc-sleeve parts,the processing requirements of the disc-sleeve parts are analyzed,and the processing principles and production process,cutting tool and fixture selection,cutting parameters selection and programming for the parts machining are illustrated by examples.It is pointed out that disc-sleeve parts can be processed by using division of rough and fine processing,three-claw self-centering chuck clamping,the lathe tools and hole boring cutter for rough and fine turning outer circle of Sweden SECO company,the CNC lathe Mazak 200-500U of Japan,and CNC system Mazatrol 640,and it is high precision,good stability,and the production efficiency is greatly improved,which can meet the demand of economy and mass production.
