国内外轴承钢钢领组织与性能的比较

针对国产轴承钢钢领与国外同类产品在金相组织、硬度、耐磨性等方面存在的差距,对比分析了国产GCr15轴承钢钢领与国外同类产品的基体显微组织,表面处理工艺及力学性能。指出:进口轴承

摘要:针对国产轴承钢钢领与国外同类产品在金相组织、硬度、耐磨性等方面存在的差距,对比分析了国产GCr15轴承钢钢领与国外同类产品的基体显微组织,表面处理工艺及力学性能。指出:进口轴承钢钢领基体与表面硬度搭配较为合理,表面镀铬后硬度高,耐磨损;国产轴承钢钢领应从热处理工艺和表面处理工艺方面加强研究,以缩小与国外同类产品的差距,提高产品性能和市场竞争力。

Comparative Analysis of the Domestic and the Overseas Rings of Bearing Steel Regarding Its Metallographic Structure and Performance

Abstract:As to the difference in metallographic structure,rigidity,and abrasion of the domestic and the overseas ring of bearing steel,comparative analysis is done to the domestic ring of GCr15 steel and the overseas ring of the same kind regarding the metallographic structure,surface treatment process and the mech-performance.Conclusion is made that there is a counterpoise of rigidity between the base of the ring of the bearing steel and the surface.The surface rigidity increases when chrome plated,consequently with good abrasion resistance.The research work should start with heat treatment process and surface treatment process for the domestic ring of bearing steel for better performance and competitive edge,so as to lessen the gap to the overseas product of the same kind.
