影响四罗拉集聚环锭细纱机纺纱质量的因素探析

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality of four-roller compact ring spinning frame,the reasons for the quality difference of compact yarn are analyzed,which are related to factors such as serious accumulation of flowers at the lattice apron and tension bar,wear grooves or uneven coating of the main drafting cots,improper position of the output cots,partially or completely blocked of the condensed groove,blocked at the interface between negative pressure tube and profiled tube,and the bell mouth is not straight.According to the performance of different factors,and the test indexes of sampling and winding situation,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It is pointed out that the auto winding will not accept the situations of serious accumulation of cotton flowers at the apron and tension bar,wear grooves of the main drafting cots,and improper position of the output cots,resulting in the formation of waste yarn and causing waste.Other factors can  cause the difference among spindles of compact yarn quality.During the inspection,it is necessary to observe whether the fiber sliver state of the condensed groove is approximately a straight line,and if it is abnormal,it is necessary to find out the cause and deal with it in time,so as to prevent the defective yarn and the yarn with different quality.
