梳棉机用金属针布齿条的演变与研发思考

摘要：为适应梳棉机高速高产的梳理要求，介绍梳棉机用金属针布齿条的发展史，阐述刺辊齿条、锡林齿条和道夫齿条的齿型、尺寸参数的演变与应用，分析金属针布齿条齿型和参数研发及上机方式与研发思考。指出：金属针布的应用对提高梳棉机效率具有关键作用，应关注其梳理与转移能力使齿条的齿型、尺寸参数取得的技术进步；根据不同要求开发新的齿条齿型，研究各种金属针布齿条参数、滚筒转速与梳理、转移的匹配关系以及金属针布不同齿密配置对梳理效果的影响，提出模块化金属针布的非包卷方式上机，以满足日益提高的梳理要求是金属针布研发的方向。

Abstract:In order to meet the carding requirements of high speed and high yield of carding machine，the development history of MCC rack for carding machine is introduced，the evolution and application of tooth and dimension parameters of take-in rack，cylinder rack and doffer rack are expounded，the research of model and parameters and the thinking of machine-used method of MCC rack are analyzed.It is pointed out that the application of MCC plays a key role in improving the efficiency of carding machine，and the technical progress of tooth shape and dimension parameters of the rack should be paid attention to because of its carding and transferring ability.A new tooth type of rack is developed according to different requirements，the matching relation between rack parameters,roller speed of MCC and carding and transferring，and the influence of different tooth density configuration of MCC on carding effects are studied,and a non-coiling method for using in machine of modular MCC is proposed,to meet the increasing requirements of carding,which is the direction of MCC research and development.
