纱库式自动络筒机智能投纱系统的改造实践

摘要：为了提高纱库式自动络筒机人工换纱效率，分析长荣科技自动络筒管纱投纱系统找头率高、稳定性好、适用性广、结构紧凑和占地面积小等特点以及改造需要满足的条件，对比改造前后自动络筒机纺14.58 tex纱效果与成本。指出：该自动络筒管纱投纱系统具有自动找头、自动输送、自动上管等功能，可逐段逐锭加装，每台自动络筒机改造仅需1 d；相比人工投纱方式，节省用工，提高生产效率，降低工人劳动强度，2 a～3 a可收回投资成本。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of yarn changing with manual of the auto-coner with yarn bank,analysis is made to the characteristics of the yarn feeding system of auto-coner  manufactured by Changzhou changrong machinery technology Co.,Ltd.,including high head-finding rate,good stability,wide applicability,compact structure and less occupation area,and the reform conditions are also mentioned,and the spinning effects and costs of yarn 14.58 tex before and after modification of the auto-coner are compared.It is pointed out that the yarn feeding system of auto-coner has the functions such as automatic head finding,automatic conveying and automatic insertion tube,which can be installed in step by step and spindle by spindle.It only takes one day for each auto-coner to be reformed.Compared with manual yarn feeding method,the system can save labor,improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and investment costs can be recovered in two to three years.
