摘要:为了解决细纱机生产效率低、能耗高、用工多等问题,采用主电机变频调速控制系统,将FA506-420型细纱机钢领板升降装置由机械凸轮结构升级改造为电子升降装置,通过改造前后纺C 14.5 tex纱的效果对比分析其优势。指出:采用ELD30-HY194-1型变频式电子升降装置后,细纱机生产效率提高,断头减少,产量增加,能耗、用工和工人劳动强度均降低;改造投资小、耗时少,适合老旧细纱机升级改造。

Reform Practice of Lifting Device of the Ring Bar in Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high energy consumption and more labors in spinning frame,the lifting devices of the ring bar in spinning frame FA506-420 are upgraded from mechanical cam structure to electronic lifting device by using frequency control system of the main motor.The advantages of the device are compared and analyzed by spinning yarn C 14.5 tex before and after the modification.It is pointed out that using frequency conversion electronic lifting device ELD30-HY194-1,the production efficiency of spinning frame is improved,the broken ends are reduced,the output is increased,the energy consumption is reduced,the number of labors and the intensity of labor is decreased,and the transformation investment and time-consuming is small,which is suitable for upgrading old spinning frame.
