环锭纺纱新技术的对比分析

摘要:为了进一步提高成纱质量,以适应市场需求,介绍基于环锭纺细纱机改造或增加新结构发展起来的5种纺纱新技术——数码纺、柔洁纺、磁吸纺、聚纤纺和多重集聚纺的概念,并对其纺纱装置结构、工作原理、改造成本、优缺点及所纺纱线质量等进行对比。指出:5种环锭纺纱新技术在纱线控制和纱线综合质量方面均有提升;数码纺可纺各色纱线,结构简单,改造费用较低,但对精确度要求高;柔洁纺装置结构简单,可降低纱线毛羽,改造和维护方便,且适用于所有环锭细纱机,但对工作环境要求高;磁吸纺可提高机器寿命,稳定性好,但改造较为复杂;聚纤纺纱线综合质量较好,但纱线毛羽略有增加;多重集聚纺可进一步提高纱线质量,但改善不明显,性价比较低;整体而言,柔洁纺纱技术相较其它技术性价比更高。

Comparative Analysis of New Technology of Ring Spinning

Abstract:In order to further improve yarn quality to meet market demands,introduction is made to the concepts of five new spinning technologies based on modification or addition of new structure of ring spinning frame including digital spinning,soft and smooth spinning,magnetic absorption spinning,condensed spinning and multiple compact spinning,and the structure,working principle,modification cost,advantages and disadvantages of the spinning device and the yarn quality are compared.It is pointed out that the yarn control and the yarn comprehensive quality of five new ring spinning technologies have been improved.Digital spinning can spin yarns of various colors,the structure is simple and the modification cost is low,but it requires a high degree of accuracy.Soft and smooth spinning device has simple structure,yarn hairiness is reduced and modification is convenient,later maintenance is simple and suitable for all ring spinning frames,but it requires high working environment.Magnetic absorption spinning can improve the service life and stability of the machine,but the transformation is more complicated.Condensed spinning has good yarn quality,but the yarn hairiness increases slightly.Multiple compact spinning can further improve yarn quality,but the improvement is not obviously and the cost performance is low.Overall,soft and smooth spinning technology has higher performance cost ratio than other technologies.
