喷气织机织造亚麻混纺产品的生产实践

摘要：为了提高喷气织机织造亚麻混纺产品的质量和效率，介绍亚麻纤维及其混纺纱的性能，分析喷气织机织造亚麻混纺产品的难点，从整经、浆纱和织造工序进行工艺探索，重点对浆料配方、上浆率和浆纱工艺等工艺参数进行优化，分析织机纬停原因并给出解决措施。指出：亚麻混纺纱具有单强低、强力不匀大、细节多、毛羽长、杂质多等特点，喷气织机织造该产品的关键是浆纱，应优选浆料配方，合理控制浆纱工艺，预防控制断纬停台次数；同时加强工艺试验和设备维修技术摸索、加强工艺执行、加大技术培训和工作法学习力度，才能织出好的亚麻混纺产品。

Abstract:In order to improve the production quality and efficiency of weaving flax blended products with air-jet looms,the properties of flax fibers and their blended yarns are introduced,the difficulties of weaving flax blended products with air-jet looms are analyzed,and the technological processes of warping,sizing and weaving are explored.The sizing formula,sizing rate and sizing process are optimized,the reasons for weft stop of looms are analyzed and the solutions are given.It is pointed out that the flax blended yarn has the characteristics of low single strength,grave unevenness,multi-thins,long hairiness and lots of impurities.Sizing process is critical to weaving flax blended products with air-jet looms.Sizing formula should be optimized,sizing process should be reasonably controlled,and something must be done in precaution against stops resulting from weft breaking.At the same time,approaching is done into technological test and equipment maintenance, technological execution should be strengthened,efforts should be made in technical training and study of working methods.Only by making so much above-said efforts,can high quality flax blended products be produced.
