摘要:为解决立达K44-1008型卡摩纺细纱机因变频器及线路板老化导致变频器故障率较高,而替换件停产且价格昂贵的问题,分析该细纱机改造前工艺要求和改造后主要工艺效果;采用国产日立水冷变频器替换科比F4系列变频器,采用西门子S7-300型PLC替换原单片机,根据设备工艺要求对其控制系统重新开发设计。指出:改造后机械部件及外部电器件未变动,电气核心升级换代,变频器内存更大,故障率更低,购买价格较低,采购周期大幅缩短,采购成本降低30%;对设备机械部分改造网格圈式集聚纺奠定了基础。

Improvement of Control System of Comforspin Spinning Frame K44-1008 from Rieter

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that comforspin spinning frame K44-1008 from Rieter has a high failure rate of converter due to the fact that converter and circuit board are ageing,and the replacement parts are out of production and expensive,the technological requirements before and after the transformation of the spinning frame are analyzed,and the domestic Hitachi water-cooled converter is used to replace the KEB F4 series converter,and Siemens S7-300 PLC is used to replace the original one board computer.The control system is redeveloped and redesigned according to the requirements of equipment technology.It is pointed out that there is no change in mechanical parts and external electrical appliances after modification,the electrical part is upgraded and replaced,the memory of converter is enlarged,the failure rate is reduced,the price is cheaper and easy accessible,the procurement cycle is greatly shortened,and the procurement cost is reduced by 30%,laying a foundation for the transformation of the mechanical part of equipment into compact spinning with lattice aprons.
