CVC单染包芯纱的生产工艺探索与实践

摘要：为了提升单染包芯纱混纺均匀性及包覆性，以CVC 60/40 36.4 tex＋77 dtex普梳赛络纺单染包芯纱品种为例，介绍其原料性能、工艺流程及产品特点，改善其生产工艺；详细分析该品种从原料选用到验纱各工序的工艺参数和注意事项。指出：该单染包芯纱品种，在前纺采用双梳、多并、自调匀整工艺，提高混纺均匀性和梳理质量；细纱采用赛络纺工艺，解决氨纶丝裸露造成的断丝问题，提升包芯纱品种包覆性，及对染整、抓毛等后整理工艺的适应性；络筒通过蒸纱定捻，减少卷缩疵点；该生产工艺改善了单染包芯纱品种的混合均匀性、芯丝包覆性和捻度稳定性。

Abstract:In order to improve the blending uniformity and covering property of single-dyed core-spun yarn,taking carded siro spun single-dyed core-spun yarn CVC 60/40 36.4 tex+77 dtex as an example,its raw material properties,process flow and product characteristics are introduced,and its production process is improved.The technological parameters and matters needing attention in each process from raw material selection to yarn testing are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the single-dyed core-spun yarn varieties adopt double-combing,multi-drawing and self-leveling technology in the front spinning to improve the blending uniformity and carding quality;the spinning adopts siro spinning technology to solve the broken yarn problem caused by the bareness of polyurethane filament,improve the covering property of core-spun yarn varieties,and the adaptability to dyeing and finishing,wool grabbing and other finishing processes;the winding reduces the shrinkage defects by steaming and twisting;the process improves the blending uniformity,core covering property and twist stability of single-dyed core-spun yarns.
