喷气织机用气系统的节能改造

摘要:为了降低喷气织机用压缩空气的消耗和供气压力,减少用电量,从空压机、压缩空气管道改造和节能喷嘴选用等方面对喷气织机用气系统进行综合性节能改造,并对比改造前、后的用气量和用电量。结果表明:采用新型节能空压机和母管并联方式优化空压机房管道节能率约为30%,供压管道采用新型铝合金节能超级供气管节能率约为5%,采用节能喷嘴节气率约为10%,调整并修正喷气织机供气工艺参数使管道压力降低0.1 MPa的节气率约为8%,综合节电约为607万kW·h,节约费用约为410万元,节能效果可观。

Energy-saving Reform of Air-supply System for Air-jet Loom

Abstract:In order to reduce the consumption of compressed air-supply for air-jet loom,and reduce power consumption,comprehensive energy-saving reformation of air-supply system is carried out from aspects of air compressor,compressed air pipeline reformation and selection of energy-saving nozzles,and the air consumption and power consumption before and after reformation are compared.The results show that the pipe energy-saving rate of air compressor room is about 30% by using new energy-saving air compressor and parallel connection with main pipe,5% by using new aluminum alloy energy-saving super air supply pipes,10% by using energy-saving nozzles,8% by adjusting and modifying the air-supply parameters of air-jet loom,and 6.07 million kW·h by comprehensive energy-saving.The cost savings are about 4.1 million yuan,and the energy saving effect is considerable.
