纺纱器材专件的现状与展望

摘要：为促进纺纱器材和专件的发展，加快纺织产业转型升级，详细分析金属针布、胶辊、胶圈、摇架、钢领、钢丝圈和锭子等纺纱器材和专件的应用现状，并对其发展趋势进行展望。说明纺纱器材和专件的性能直接影响成纱质量，制造企业应同纺纱企业密切合作，共同提高其性能；应重点关注智能化发展对纺纱器材和专件的影响和新要求，提升运用新材料、新工艺、新技术能力，通过智能制造提高产品精度，通过技术升级提高产品质量，才能适应未来主机的发展；纺织器材和专件的智能化必将带动纺织业实现质的飞跃。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of spinning accessories and parts,and accelerate transformation and upgrading of textile industry,application situation of spinning accessories and parts such as MCC,cot，apron，cradle，ring，traveller, spindle are mainly analyzed and the trends of its development are indicated. It is pointed out that the performance of spinning accessories and parts directly affects yarn quality，so manufacturing enterprises should have close cooperation with spinning enterprises for better performance of spinning accessories and parts.We should pay much attention to the new demands and implications of intelligent development on spinning accessories and parts,and enhance the ability to use new materials,new processes and new technologies.Only by improving product precision through intelligent manufacturing and improving product quality through technology upgrading,can we adapt to the development of future textile machineries.The intellectualization of textile accessories and parts will surely make a great qualitative leap forward of China textile industry.
