摘要:为了全面利用空压机余热,介绍空压机余热全方位利用的工作原理和改造方案;详细阐述了澡堂用水系统、供暖系统、供热水控制系统、调浆系统、专属热交换系统、热风系统的改造方案,分析了改造后节省能源的经济效益。指出:将空压机余热转换成热水,可用于洗澡、供暖、调浆、供茶水炉;将空压机余热转换成热风,可用于车间内提温,减少凝结水;全方位利用空压机余热,全年用能节约资金60余万元,节能降耗效果显著,半年可收回投资。

Full Utilization of Waste Heat of Air Compressor for Energy Conservation

Abstract:In order to make full use of the waste heat of air compressor,this paper introduces the working principle and transformation scheme of all-round utilization of the waste heat of air compressor,and elaborates in details the transformation scheme of water system,heating system,heating water control system,slurry mixing system,exclusive heat exchange system and hot air system in bathroom,and analyses the economic benefits of energy saving after transformation.It is pointed out that the waste heat of air compressor can be converted into hot water for bathing,heating, pulping and tea stove;hot air to raise temperature in workshop and reduce condensate water;the waste heat of air compressor can be used in all directions to save energy more than 600 000 yuan a year with remarkable effect in saving energy and reducing consumption,and the investment can be recovered in half a year.
