摘要:为解决打包机成包质量偏差大、计量精度差等问题,分析传统打包机计量系统存在的问题及产生原因,改进设计出一种新型进料斗机构,详细介绍了新型进料斗的安装、特点、改进后打包机的工作原理及其使用效果和前景。指出:改进后的打包机计量系统不改变原凝棉器和计量斗安装位置及结构,仅加装一个可控翻板的新型进料斗,结构简单、成本低、安装方便;加装新型进料斗后的打包机,计量精度提高且性能稳定,能满足大吨位打包需求且适应化纤多样化生产线的发展趋势。

Improvement Design of Measuring System for Packers

Abstract:In order to solve the problems with packers such as large mass deviation and poor measurement accuracy,after analyzing the problems and causes of the measurement system for traditional packers,a new feed hopper mechanism is designed. Introduction is made upon the cautions in installation and characteristics of the new hopper,and the working principle and application effect and the improved packer are prospected.It is pointed out that the measuring system of the improved packer adds only a new feeding hopper with controllable flipping plate instead of changing the installation position and structure of the original condenser and measuring hopper.The measuring system of the improved packer is simple in structure and low in cost and convenient in installation.The new packer with new feeding hopper can improve the measurement accuracy and stabilize performance,and can meet the needs of large tonnage packaging production and adapt to the development trends of diversified chemical fiber production lines.
