柔性纺织器材专件助力纱线质量提升

摘要：为稳定和提升高品质纱线质量，分析临界工艺造成纱线质量不稳定的后果，柔性纺纱和柔性工艺对梳理器材、牵伸器材的要求及高品质纺纱器材、专件，如高耐磨针布、锥齿化针布、钢领、钢丝圈、锭子、聚氨酯胶辊、加长上销的应用效果。指出：国产新型高品质器材、专件与国外产品存在的差距及在执行国际高水平标准中，在材质、硬度和表面粗糙度强化处理及独创设计方面的突破；柔性纺纱和柔性工艺以及配套的柔性高品质纺织器材、专件是纺制高品质纱线的保障；梳理与卷绕器材、专件进入少磨合、不磨合阶段；柔性设计、长寿命耐磨、无磨合期，是未来高端纺织器材、专件进行质量提升的方向。

Abstract:In order to stabilize and improve the high quality yarn,analysis is done to the instability of yarn quality caused by critical process,the requirement of flexible spinning and flexible process on carding accessories and drafting accessories,as well as high quality spinning accessories and parts application effect，such as high wear-resistant card clothing,tapered card clothing,rings, travelers,spindles,polyurethane cots and the extended the top cradle.It is pointed out that there is a gap between domestic new high-quality accessories and parts and the foreign products while there is also a breakthrough in material,hardness and surface roughness strengthening treatment and original design in the implementation of international high-level standards as far as the domestic products are concerned.Flexible spinning,flexible spinning technology and associated flexible high-quality textile accessories and parts are guarantee to produce high-quality yarn.Carding and winding accessories and parts are now in the stage characterized as less running-in or non running-in period.The future high textile accessories and parts for quality improvement will be oriented with flexible design,long life,wear-resistant,non running-in period.
