摘要:为了解决纺织厂电能消耗过大的问题,将共直流母线的动力驱动模式应用在纺织生产中,详细阐述了实施棉纺成套生产线集中控制在生产、管理、控制和设备等方面的优点,及实现过程中可能遇到的问题。指出:将共直流母线的动力驱动模式,应用在有张力牵伸的纺织设备上,可以大幅度降低能耗;应用在设备的集群控制方式下,可以互补并利用机台之间的能效;采用先进控制技术和系统控制方案,进一步提高纺织机械的运行效率,降低能耗,是纺织机械自动化控制的发展方向;纺纱成套生产线集中控制有利于纺织智能化建设;降低能耗、绿色纺织是行业的发展方向,提高企业竞争力和节约能源的先决条件是新工艺、新技术、新结构、新流程。

Application of Advanced Control Technology to Improve Textile Machinery Efficiency

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of excessive electric consumption in textile mills,the common DC bus power drive mode was applied in textile production.The advantages of the centralized control of cotton spinning complete set production line in production,management,control and equipment,as well as the possible problems in implementation process are expounded in details.It is pointed out that applying the common DC bus power drive mode to the textile equipment with tension drafting can greatly reduce energy consumption,and the energy efficiency between machines can be complemented and utilized under the cluster control mode of the equipment.Using the advanced control technology and the system control scheme,further improving the operation efficiency of textile machinery and reducing energy consumption is the development direction of automatic control of textile machinery.The centralized control of spinning complete set production line is conducive to the intelligent construction of textile,and reducing energy consumption and green textile is the development direction of the industry.The prerequisite of improving the competitiveness of enterprises and saving energy is new process,new technology,new structure and new procedure.
