碳纤维复合材料助力纺织器材专件降耗增效

摘要:为了提高纺织器材专件的使用寿命,降低加工成本,降耗增效,介绍碳纤维的主要性能、分类及碳纤维复合材料的工艺和特点等;分析碳纤维复合材料制造的纺织器材专件的优点及其对复合材料的要求,以针床和齿轮为例,说明碳纤维复合材料密度小、强度高、刚性高、热膨胀系数低,具有良好的耐蠕变性、耐腐蚀性、较好的导热导电性等特点。指出:碳纤维复合材料已开始应用于纺织领域,随着对碳纤维复合材料的认识及制造水平的不断提升,借鉴经验、加快国产化步伐,对改变经济结构、节能减排具有重要战略意义;提速增效、减少消耗和降低噪声的碳纤维复合材料在纺织装备与器材专件上的应用已越来越受到青睐,成为理想替代材料。

Carbon Fiber Composite Material Assisting the Textile Accessories and Special Parts to Reduce Consumption and Increase Efficiency

Abstract:In order to improve the service life of the textile accessories and special parts,reduce the processing cost and consumption for better efficiency,the main properties and classification of carbon fiber,and the technology and characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials are introduced.Analysis is done to the advantages and the requirements of the textile accessories and special parts of carbon fiber composite materials.Taking the needle bed and gear for example,it shows that carbon fiber composite materials has many advantages such as low density,high strength,high rigidity,low thermal expansion coefficient,good creep resistance and corrosion resistance,and better thermal conductivity.It is pointed out that the carbon fiber composite materials begin to set foot in the field of textiles.Along with the understanding of carbon fiber composite materials and the manufacturing level of continuous improvement,referencing experience,accelerating the step of domestication,which has important strategic significance to changing the economic structure and energy saving and emission reduction.The carbon fiber composite materials which reduce the consumption and noise are becoming more and more popular in textile accessories and special parts as a ideal substitute material.
