摘要:为提高纺织品检验用试样的制样速度和检测效率,降低检测人员的劳动强度,对现有滚刀剪切机械式、气压机械式和液压机械式制样机的制样技术、适用性、环境性能要求及优缺点进行比较。指出:液压机械式制样机制取试样的范围最广,气压机械式次之,滚刀剪切机械式较差;气压机械式制样机噪声最小,液压机械式次之,滚刀剪切机械式噪声最大;气压机械式制样机自动化程度高、价格高;液压机械制样机适应范围广、更换刀模方便;滚刀剪切机械式制样机需作相应的改进,以适应纺织品制样的需要。

Comparison of Certain Varieties of Textile Inspection Prototyping Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the speed and efficiency of sample preparation for textile inspection and reduce the labor intensity,the sample preparation techniques,applicability,environmental performance requirements and advantages and disadvantages of the existing hob shearing machine,pneumatic machine and hydraulic machine are compared.It is pointed out that the sampling range of hydraulic machine is the broadest,followed by pneumatic machine,the hob shearing machine is worst;the noise of pneumatic prototyping machine is the smallest,followed by the hydraulic machine,the hob shearing machine is the highest;the pneumatic prototyping machine is of automation and high price while the hydraulic prototyping machine is wide in adaptability,easy to change tools;hob shearing prototyping machine should have corresponding improvements to meet the needs of textile sample preparation.
