摘要:为解决高速高产梳棉机回转弹性盖板针布嵌杂、挂纤维、落棉多和梳理负荷大而倒针、乱针等问题,分析回转弹性盖板针布的功能及其与设计参数的关系;介绍MCH60型高针密回转弹性盖板针布的设计特点,与其它型号弹性针布性能、参数及其梳理非棉纤维、机采棉和莫代尔纤维的使用效果进行对比。指出:MCH60型高针密回转弹性盖板针布结合TP型和MCC型植针方式,横向加密,横向针尖距为0.282 mm,增加容纤量,优化梳理排杂通道,利于大棉结梳理,梳理纤维素纤维、机采棉、长绒棉等优势明显,棉结清除率高、不嵌杂,可解决因梳理负荷大引起的倒针、乱针的问题。

Design Features and Application Effect of Elastic RotaryFlat Clothing MCH60 with High Needle Density

Abstract:To solve the problems with elastic rotary flat clothing of hi-speed and hi-yield carding frame such as impurity inlay,fiber hanging,excess noil and big load of carding,leading to the flipped needles and messy needles,analysis is done to the function in relation to the design parameters of elastic rotary flat clothing.Introduction is done to the design features of the elastic rotary flat clothing MCH60 with high needle density,and the performance and parameters are compared with the elasticity of the other models in combing non-cotton fiber, machine-picked cotton and modal fiber.It is pointed out that if the clothing MCH60 is combined with TP and MCC wire setting methods,namely,dense set transversely,tip distance is 0.282 mm,increase of fiber content,optimization of the arrangement of the miscellaneous channels,it will be advantageous to carding of cellulose fiber,machine-cotton and long staple cotton with large neps.The carding efficiency is high without neps inlay,solving the problem of flipped needles and messy needles resulting from heavy load.
