基于柔顺光洁纺棉/麻纱线的研发

摘要:针对麻纤维刚度大难以扭转抱合、所纺纱线毛羽过多的问题,将热湿熨烫技术运用到环锭纺纱中,在环锭细纱机前罗拉钳口前下方安装柔洁纺纱装置,对纱线实施柔顺光洁结构成形调控;通过对比实验,测试柔洁纺纱线毛羽、条干均匀度、强伸性能以及表观质量,说明柔洁纺成纱有害毛羽减小幅度较大,细原纱与细柔洁纱的毛羽下降率最大。指出:柔洁纺能改善棉/麻混纺成纱毛羽,所纺纱号越细,纺纱运行速度越慢,纤维在纺制过程中受热越充分,纤维模量降低幅度越大,纱线毛羽减少越多;柔洁纺成纱表面结构光洁、毛羽少、条干较好,纤维利用率高,强伸性能较好,手感柔软顺滑;其织物透气性能增加,抗弯曲性能减小、柔性提高,耐磨性好,不易起毛、起球和破损。

Abstract:In view of the problem of difficult twist and cohesion of linen fiber with much hairiness resulting from the stiffness of linen fiber,the hot wet ironing technology is applied to the ring spinning process,the softening and smoothing device is installed just under the nip of the front roller to control yarn forming in conformity with softness and smooth,and the yarn is tested through comparative test regarding hairiness,evenness,tensile strength and apparent quality of the yarn,indicating that the harmful hairiness dropping significantly,and the hairiness declining rate of the fine raw yarn and the softened yarn is the greatest.It is pointed out that the soft and smooth spinning can improve the yarn hairiness of cotton and linen blended yarn,the finer the spinning number,the slower the spinning speed,the more heat of the fiber in the spinning process,the greater the modulus of the fiber,the more the yarn hairiness,the more smooth surface structure of the yarn,the less hairiness,the better yarn evenness,the higher fiber utilization,the stronger extension and feel soft and smooth.The fabric has better air perme ability,lower bending resistance,higher flexibility,good wear resistance,and is not easy to fuzz,pill or break.
