摘要:为解决倍捻锭子振动量大、运转不平稳且去重量大的问题,通过测量铝轴承座相对于轴承心轴的跳动和带轮内孔对外圆的跳动,对倍捻锭子带轮外圆相对于铝轴承座的跳动超差问题进行分析,改进带轮的制造和压配工艺。指出:带轮内孔对外圆的跳动过大,是造成带轮外圆相对于铝轴承座的跳动超差的主因;改进后的带轮制造及压配工艺、动平衡加工效率、纱线质量及使用寿命明显提高。

Improvement of the Manufacturing Process ofthe Pulley for Doubling Spindle

Abstract:To solve the problem with the doubling spindle such as big vibration,uneven operation and heavy weight,measurement is done to the runout of the aluminum bearing seat relative to the bearing mandrel and the inner hole relative to the external circle of the pulley.Analysis is done to the overproof of the runout between the outer circle relative to the aluminum bearing seat.Improvement is done to the manufacturing and press-fit process of the pulley.It is pointed out that the runout of the outer circle of the inner hole of pulley is too big,which is the main cause of the beating overproof between the outer circle of the pulley and the aluminum bearing seat.Significant improvement is gained with the manufacturing process and press-fit process as well as efficiency of dynamic balancing,the quality of yarn and the service life of the product.
