三元色智能型环锭细纱机纺纱原理和工艺设计

摘要:为了提高色纺纱设备智能化水平,提升色纺纱成纱质量,以JWF1551型三元色智能型环锭细纱机为模本,介绍其牵伸原理和配色方法,即“机电一体化多组分耦合牵伸—复合加捻”;以输入输出牵伸部件的纤维质量相等为依据,推导出纺等线密度细纱时,粗纱配比应该遵从的数学关系,举例对公式的应用进行说明,列举纺不等线密度细纱时粗纱的配色方法。指出:色纺智能纺纱设备的应用,使色纺纱花色混合好、风格多变,扩展了色纺纱的工艺开发空间;但作为系统工程,需要纺织流程里每个环节都有相应的技术进步,才能达到整体水平的跨越。

Spinning Principle and Process Design of Tri-colorIntelligent Ring Spinning Frame

Abstract:To improve the intelligent level of the color spinning equipment and improve yarn quality,taking the tri-color intelligent ring spinning frame JWF1551 as the model,introduction is made to the drawing principle and color matching method,namely“mechatronics multi component coupling drawing and doubling twisting”,based on the theory that the quality of the input fiber is equal to that of the output fiber on the drawing frame,the mathematical relation of roving ratio should be followed in spinning yarn with same linear densty,and the application of the formula is illustrated with examples.At the same time,the coloring method of roving in spinning yarn with different linear density is enumerated.It is pointed out that the application of the color intelligent spinning equipments make good blending of color changeable style,extending the technological development space of the color spinning yarn.However,as a systematic engineering,it is necessary for each textile process to have the corresponding technological progress to reach the overall level.
