彩点段彩纱的开发

摘要：为了更好地开发生产彩点段彩新型纱线，在应用分析彩点纱与段彩纱生产技术和工艺的基础上，设计了彩点段彩纱专用的生产工艺流程，并对彩点的生产原理、梳棉机的要求及清梳，并条，粗、细纱等工序的工艺配置及工艺要点进行探讨，根据竹节纱公式推导出段彩纱相关参数的计算公式。指出：生产彩点段彩纱需重点研究色彩搭配情况、彩点比例及形态、段彩的线密度和节长节距等，根据原料的适用性、产品的最终用途、生产技术和工艺的适应性、加工成本及产品的附加值等制定合适的生产工艺，并对各工序工艺配置、操作技术以及设备状态进行研究，方能生产出符合客户要求的彩点段彩纱。

Abstract:For better development and production of the new segment color yarn with color points,a special production process for the segment color yarn with color points is designed based on the analysis of production technology and process of the color point yarn and the segment color yarn.Discussion is made to the production principle of the color point,the requirements process configuration of blow carding,drawing,roving and spinning and the main process points of the carding machine.According to the formula of the slub yarn，the calculation formula of the related parameters of the segment color yarn is derived.It is pointed out that the segment color yarn with color points needs to focus on the color collocation,the proportion and the shape of color points,the coarseness of the segment color and the pitch and the pitch length and such.The appropriate production process can be made according to the applicability of raw materials,the final use of products,the adaptability of production technology and process,and the cost of process and the added value of the products.To produce the segment color yarn with color points in accordance with the requirements of the customer,it is necessary to study the process configuration,operation technology and equipment status of each process.
