摘要:为了解决并粗工序产生机械波影响纱线质量的问题,结合生产过程中的波谱图分别对由并条机、粗纱机以及罗拉产生的机械波进行分析;重点阐述并条机10 cm~12 cm,14 cm,70 cm~80 cm,90 cm~100 cm,100 cm处产生的机械波,并以D81型并条机常见机械波为例说明其产生的位置和原因。指出:并粗工序容易产生机械波,实际生产中要特别注意机械波的位置以便分析原因,并及时检查胶辊状态、罗拉、齿轮、压辊等器材专件状态,消除机械波,减少纱疵,保证产品质量。

Analysis of the Mechanical Wave in Drawing and Roving Process

Abstract:In order to solve the problem with yarn quality resulted from mechanical wave in drawing and roving process,analysis is done to the mechanical waves in the processes of drawing,roving and as well as waves with rollers according to the wave spectrogram in the production.The mechanical waves generated at the main points of 10 cm to 12 cm,14 cm,70 cm to 80 cm,90 cm to 100 cm and 100 cm on the drawing frame are described.Taking the common mechanical wave of drawing frame D81 as an example,the position and causes of the mechanical waves are given.It is pointed out that the mechanical waves are easy to occur in drawing and roving process,we should pay attention to the points of mechanical waves for the causes,and timely check is necessary for the status of cots,rollers,gears,press rollers and other accessories and parts to eliminate mechanical waves,reduce yarn defects and ensure product quality.
