腈纶莫代尔柞蚕丝赛络集聚纺生产实践

摘要：为纺制腈纶、莫代尔和柞蚕丝赛络集聚纺针织纱，分析3种原料性能特点，根据试纺各工序出现的问题，优化混合方式、工艺及流程、专件器材的使用；清花采用全流程，保证混合均匀；清梳降低打手速度，采用自由开松，减少短绒；合理设置牵伸倍数，减少毛羽和纱疵；同时做好隔离和清洁，确保腈纶、莫代尔和柞蚕丝赛络集聚纺针织纱的顺利生产。指出：调整品种混合方式，严控混纺比，合理隔离，优化工艺，可保证较高的成纱质量。

Abstract:In order to spinning knitting yarn of siro-compact spinning with acrylic/modal/antherea silk,the performance characteristics of the three raw materials are analyzed,and blending methods，technical process and use of accessories and parts are optimized according to problems in the trial spinning process，and the full process method should be adopted in blowing to ensure uniform blending.The beater speed should be slowed down and free blowing should be adopted to reduce short fibres.The drafting multiple should be set correctly to reduce hairiness and yarn faults.Segregating and cleaning should be well done to ensure production of knitting yarn with acrylic/modal/antherea silk goes smoothly.It is pointed out that the high quality yarn can be guaranteed by adjusting the blending method,strictly controlling the blending ratio,rationally isolating and optimizing the process.
