提高成纱强力的措施

摘要：为了提高成纱强力，根据纱线强力分类及经纱、纬纱的强力要求，分析原棉纤维长度、线密度、强力及成熟度性能，前纺清梳、梳棉、并粗以及原料混和均匀度，细纱条干均匀度、百米质量不匀率、须条结构、粗细节以及车间温湿度对成纱强力的影响与控制。指出：影响成纱强力的因素很多，提高成纱强力更是一项系统工作，应从原料、工艺、设备、温湿度调节等方面进行系统性地控制和管理。

Abstract:In order to improve yarn strength,considering the yarn strength classification and the strength requirements of warp and weft yarns,analysis is done to the factors on yarn strength and control of the same including the properties of raw cotton fiber length,linear density, strength and maturity,pre-spinning blowing,carding,and drawing-roving，as well as raw material blending uniformity,yarn evenness,irregularity of 100-meter weight,sliver structure,thicks and thins,and control of humitures.It is pointed out that there are many factors affecting yarn strength,and it is a systematic work to improve yarn strength.Something must be done systematically in control and management from raw materials,process,equipment and humiture.
