器材和专件对纱线质量作用的再认知

摘要：为了提高成纱质量，介绍摇架、胶圈、上销、胶辊和钢丝圈等纺纱器材和专件在使用中的传统认知，并结合实践进行大量试验对比证明：气动摇架V型牵伸的成纱质量并不一定优于弹簧摇架平面牵伸；上厚下薄胶圈配置纺配棉等级差、短绒含量偏高的纯棉品种时，质量优于上薄下厚配置；铁板上销成纱质量不比碳素6833型上销差；普通上销纺制纯涤品种尤其是超细号纱时成纱质量优于新型专利上销；胶管选用不能只看硬度，还要关注弹性、橡胶质量、进口胶的比例以及混料的均匀性等；胶辊涂料处理配比应根据实际进行优选；选对钢丝圈型号毛羽将成倍下降。提出，纺织人应用数据说话的“求实”态度，突破传统理念以适应行业发展。

Abstract:To improve yarn quality,introduction is done to the conventional understanding of accessories and parts including cradles,aprons,top apron cradles,cots and travelers.Practice proves with a large number of experiments that yarn quality with pneumatic cradle with V draft is not necessarily better than that with the spring cradle with plane draft;yarn quality with apron fit of thick over thin in spinning low blended cotton varieties with short fiber content is better than that of apron fit of thin over thick.Yarn quality with iron top apron cradle is not necessarily inferior to that with carbon top apron cradle 6833;yarn quality with conventional top apron cradle is better than that with new patented product in spinning polyester varieties especially ultra-fine product.Hardness is important in rubber tube selection,and elasticity,quality of rubber material,the ratio of the imported rubber and the mixing uniformity are also important factors；roller coating ratio should be based on the actual situation;correct selection of traveler makes hairiness declining exponentially.It is proposed that the textile people should apply the“realistic”attitude,letting data speak and break through the traditional ideas to adapt to the development of the industry.
