摘要:为了减少毛羽,提高成纱质量,系统地分析了产生毛羽的主要工序——络筒工序,从络筒机型、络筒工艺参数、络筒机部件、车间环境等方面分析产生毛羽的原因,得出控制络筒工序纱线毛羽增多的措施。指出:毛羽是表征纱线质量的关键指标,长毛羽过多对织造的危害较大;通过合理设置工艺参数,保持良好设备状态,做好专件器材的维护保养及更换,规范基础管理就可有效控制络筒毛羽。

My Tentative View on Hairiness Control in Winding Process

Abstract:In order to reduce hairiness for better yarn quality,systematic analysis is done to the winding process in which most of hairiness generates.The reason why hairiness generates includes type of the winder,specifications of the winding process,parts of the winding frame and working environment.Ways controlling hairiness in the winding process is found.Conclusion is made that hairiness is the key index indicating the quality of superficial yarn.Long hairiness is a harm in weaving process.Only through proper configuration of the process specifications,good equipment status,and excellent maintenance and replacement of the parts with normalized basic management can hairiness be effectively controlled.
