创新发展 智能驱动 提升纺机专用基础件制造水平

摘要：为实施制造强国战略十年行动纲领，实现纺织强国宏伟目标，介绍我国纺机专用基础件的发展现状及其产品出口金额统计，表明纺机专用基础件在满足国内市场的同时也进入了国际市场。分析智能制造对纺机专用基础件的意义，指出我国纺织器材、专件制造企业努力的方向：通过智能制造提高纺织器材、专件产品的精度和质量一致性，开发智能化的纺织器材专件产品是创新发展的重点；器材、专件制造企业要明晰工艺技术主攻方向，打好材料升级攻坚战，以数控机床、加工中心替代普通加工设备，采用新工艺，开发新产品，塑造硬品牌；要以智能制造为抓手，精益求精，发扬“大师精神”和“工匠精神”，创新发展、智能驱动是提升纺机专用基础件制造水平的正确选择。

  Abstract:For the implementation often year action program for the Nation Booming Strategy through manufacturing upgrading，for the grand target of nation booming through textile industry，introduction is made to the development situation of the special basic parts of China textile machinery products and the figure statistics of the exported products，showing that the special basic parts not only meet the domestic market but also enters the international market.Analysis is done to the significance of the intelligent manufacturing on the special basic parts of China textile machines.It points out the direction of the textile machines and parts for China textile industry in the future.The innovation development mainly lies in the development of intelligent textile accessories through the upgrading of the consistency of the precision and quality of the textile accessories and parts with the help of intelligent manufacturing.Manufacturing enterprises of textile accessories and parts should make clear where the focal point is of the technology for the material upgrading.Replacement is done of the ordinary processing equipment using CNC machine tools and machining center.Something must be done for new product development and brand building using new technology.With the intelligent manufacturing as tongs，be always endeavor to grasp the“master spirit”and“craftsman spirit”to upgrade the manufacturing level of China textile accessories and parts using innovation development and intelligent driving strategy.
