基于Lie对称性方法的立体织机打纬机构运动响应特性分析

摘要:为了对立体织机平行打纬机构进行全面深入准确的运动学和动力学研究,提升织机整体性能与生产效率,也为织机打纬机构更精确地动态优化设计和先进控制奠定理论基础。运用基于Lie对称性方法解析精确计算了立体织机打纬机构的运动响应问题,建立立体织机偏置式曲柄滑块打纬机构运动模型,将打纬机构的非线性几何约束代数方程,通过微分变换建立了两自由度运动方程,采用Lie积分法求解了精确响应,以此克服位置数值分析以及与各参数变化定量显示关系的困难。以打纬力为机构动态性能指标,进行了机构运动响应对驱动转速、偏置距离、结构尺寸等有关设计参数的局部灵敏度分析。指出,转速对打纬机构系统性能影响很大,尺寸长度比对其也有较明显的影响,偏执距离对其影响变换不明显,因为单纯增加打纬机构尺寸来提升织机动态并非行之有效的方法;用Lie对称性理论研究机构非线性运动特性,方法新颖、适用范围广、结果可靠准确。

Dynamic Response Analysis of Beating-up Mechanismof 3D Loom Based on Lie Symmetry Method

Abstract:To have a thorough,accurate and kinematic study of the slider crank beating-up mechanism for better overall performance and productivity of the loom and to lays a theoretical foundation for more accurate dynamic optimization design and advanced control of loom beating-up mechanism,based on the Lie symmetry analysis,the motion response of the weft beating-up mechanism of the three-dimensional loom is calculated.Nonlinear geometric constraint equations will be beating-up mechanism,the differential transform has established two degrees of freedom motion equations,using the integral method for the accurate response to Lie,in order to overcome the quantitative change of position and parameters of numerical analysis and show the relationship difficulties.Taking the beating-up force as the dynamic performance index of the mechanism,the local sensitivity analysis of the design parameters of the drive speed,offset distance and structure size is carried out.It is pointed out that the speed is an important factor for the performana of the beating-up mechanism,especally the length ratio,yet the offset distance haring minor impact on the performance of the beating-up mechanism,because size in crease of the beating-up mechanism for the loom dynamic performance is not practical.Practical examples show that the theory of Lie symmetry can be used to study the nonlinear motion characteristics of mechanisms.The method is novel,applicable to a wide range and reliable and accurate.
