摘要:分析纺机罗拉的工作状态,提出下罗拉淬火的要求和优越性;介绍传统淬火——渗碳淬火、渗氮淬火、感应淬火的特点和不足;阐述激光淬火的机理、方法、特征和工艺参数。认为激光淬火可在保持罗拉同心度的条件下,提高工作效率和罗拉的耐磨性,并延长使用寿命,提高成纱质量。

Laser-treated Bottom Roller

Abstract:Analysis is done to the bottom roller as to the performance.Introduction is done to the quenching condition and quenching advantage for the bottom roller. Comparative analysis is done to the conventional quenching processes including quenching with carburizing process,nitriding process,and induction process as to their disadvantages and advantages.Description is done to the laser quenching process regarding the mechanism,method,feature and the specification.It proves that the laser quenching process can increase the working efficiency,prolong the abrasion resistance and the service life of the bottom roller under the guarantee of the concentricity of the bottom roller.
