AC6型自动络筒机用大吸嘴在AC338机型上的应用

摘要：为了提高AC338型自动络筒机的产量，介绍AC6型自动络筒机新一代大吸嘴的优点，分别将0.3 mm齿距、0.5 mm齿距和不带齿的AC6型自动络筒机大吸嘴应用在生产纯涤纶19.4 tex纱的AC338型自动络筒机的9个锭位，并与原装大吸嘴进行单锭时产量对比。指出：在AC338型自动络筒机上使用AC6型自动络筒机的大吸嘴，找纱头失败率降低，产量提高；对于纺纯涤纶19.4 tex纱，使用0.5 mm齿距大吸嘴单锭时产量提升0.8%，效果显著。

Abstract:To increase the yield of the auto-coner AC338,introduction is made to the characteristics of the new generation of the big suction nozzle on the auto-coner AC6.The big suction nozzles with pitches of 0.3 mm,0.5 mm or without pitch on the auto-coner AC6 are equipped on the auto-coner AC338 as a replacement in 9 spindle positions to produce pure polyester 19.4 tex as compared with the original big suction nozzles.It is pointed out that with the big suction nozzle on the auto-coner AC6 installed on the auto-coner AC338，the failure of yarn searching drops and production increases.With the big suction nozzle with pitch of 0.5 mm,production increases 0.8% per spindle hour to produce pure polyester 19.4 tex.It is of efficiency production.
