降低心轴带螺纹压轮轴承噪声方法探讨

摘要:为降低心轴带螺纹压轮轴承的振动噪声,提高灵活性并有效提高其质量、使用寿命,充分发挥性能优势,以HQY系列压轮轴承为例,分析其功能及结构;从轴承固有结构和制造过程的噪声来源入手,通过检测解剖、显微观察,表明噪声大且灵活性差的心轴带螺纹压轮轴承产生噪声的原因为加工时大量的砂轮灰和铁屑落入心轴孔,并提出改进措施。指出:对心轴端面采用双端面磨床料盘水平装夹磨削,提高外圈及心轴的加工质量,控制外购钢球及保持架的质量,提高轴承装配的清洁度等可极大降低此类心轴带螺纹轴承的噪声。

Probing into How to Reduce the Vibration Noise of the Brearingof the Threaded Pinch Roller of the Spindle

Abstract:To reduce vibration noise of the bearing of the threaded pinch roller of the spindle,and to effectively improve flexibility and its quality and service life,giving full play to the performance advantage,sampling the bearing of the pinch roller HQY series,analysis is done to the its function and structure.Starting with the noises from the inherent bearing structure and the manufacturing process,the observation of anatomy and microscopic detection show that the noise of the bearing of the threaded pinch roller of the spindle results from accumulation of a large number of ash and iron scales in the spindle hole.Some improvement is made herewith.It is pointed out that noise reduction can be gained in a big extent through plane grinding with double end grinding plate for better machining quality of the outer ring and the spindle,quality control of the outsourcing steel ball and the retainer,and cleanness improvement of the bearing assembly.
