带键槽的整体轴承心轴加工方法

摘要:为了解决HJ1723型整体轴承带键槽的心轴结构复杂、沟槽加工精度要求高、加工困难的问题,通过对加工工艺的摸索探讨,增加了一略大于实际尺寸的台阶工序和一道修磨大外圆的工序,使外圆圆度控制在约1 μm,大幅提高了心轴外圆的加工精度,使沟槽的加工圆度得到很大改善。指出:该工艺解决了心轴外圆圆度大大超差,严重时会打坏砂轮和导轮的问题,使轴承的加工精度、使用寿命和加工效率都得到提高,磨床调整便捷,不需要特别加工其他工装,也为其他类似产品的制造提供了可行思路。

The Processing Method of the Solid Bearing Mandrel with Keyway

Abstract:In order to solve the problems with the solid bearing mandrel with keyway HJ1723 such as complicated mandrel structure,the high accuracy requirement of the groove processing,and the difficulties in  processing,trial modification is done of the processing includingincreasing a step slightly larger than the actual size and a grinding process of the large outer circle,keeping the roundness of the outer circle about 1 μm,consequently a marked improvement of the processing precision of the outer circle of mandrel and the roundness of groove.It is pointed out that the modified process solves the problem of big tolerance of roundness of the mandrel outer circle,which otherwise will break the grinding wheel and the gaiduing wheel.The process precision,service life and working efficiency of the bearing are significantly improved,and grinding adjustment is convenient,and special workholder are not needed.It is helpful as a feasible idea for manufacturing the other similar products.
